Katie Borchers, President


Katie is a native Upstate New Yorker who attended the University of Buffalo for her BS in Nursing and Roberts Wesleyan College for her Masters of Health Administration.

She began her career as a pediatric nurse at Strong Memorial Hospital.  She transitioned to use her clinical knowledge for URMC's Epic project as an instructional designer and trainer. Katie concluded her 18 years in healthcare as a Project Director where she implemented training for multiple locations. In this role, she had oversight of a virtual training module, various program improvement initiatives, as well as leadership of a team of instructional designers. 

Katie believes that authenticity, honesty, and integrity are the building blocks to any relationship. She also believes that our greatest talents should be used to give back to our community. She uses her organizational and project management skills, as well as her love for children in Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and other organizations.

Christopher Ball, Chief Financial Officer

Chris is a business leader and technologist who has focused his career on improving processes and performance through the application of technology.  His experience includes having successfully established multiple software development teams and completed multi-million dollar improvement projects for several of the account receivable industry’s largest government contractors.  Chris leveraged this experience to found his first company in 2019, providing technology development and consulting services.  As a co-founder of Beyond Green Solutions, Chris furthers the mantra of service beyond expectations by creating client, consumer and employee experiences that are unique in the industry.


Chris earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from SUNY Geneseo, his Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and his MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business.


Chris believes in creating great teams and great communities where individuals can flourish through a positive and collaborative environment.  He regularly volunteers with youth organizations such as Scouts BSA and FIRST Lego League as well as business support organizations such as NextCorps and the Rochester Professional Consultants Network.
